In our daily lives we are subjected to the demands and pressures of our environment, other people and also ourselves. This can be stressful and frustrating at times and discouraging and even overwhelming at other times.
Sometimes we just do not seem to manage to feel at ease with ourselves, others or the world in general. Questions, feelings or thoughts appear in our minds which we find difficult to deal with.
Counselling and psychotherapy provides you with the opportunity to talk about these concerns, explore your own stance towards them and reframe them in a more useful, life-affirming and maybe clearer way. Psychotherapy can also help with more long-term or chronic mental health or psychosomatic problems. In order to do this, I aim to provide you with a safe, confidential environment.
